Getting started is simple and designed to ensure your needs, priorities and the best way to support your business is understood. 

The process is straightforward, professional, yet tailored to help you get the most value for money.

After making an initial enquiry via email, you will be contacted within 24hrs. 

As part of the initial enquiry, please provide a brief outline of the type of support you would like to explore. 

For example, you might need help with:

  • Diary and inbox management
  • Customer service / reception cover (in person or remote)
  • Data input
  • General administration
  • Project or event management 
  • Travel arrangements

Step One

Book a free, no obligation consultation (typically 30 minutes) 

Step Two

Receive your 'Service Summary Client' contract

Step Three

Onboarding & Setup

After the contract has been signed, if required, we’ll complete a short onboarding process to get everything ready for a smooth start.
 

Step Four

  Work Commences

As per the service contract, work will be carried out on either an hourly basis or as part of a retainer package for ongoing support.
